Lost wax casting is a casting method that uses medium temperature wax to make wax molds for the required parts, then wraps the wax molds with refractory materials, dries, hardens, loses wax, and bakes them into ceramic shells. The metal melt is poured into the shell to cool and produce products.
AFC uses imported medium temperature wax as the raw material for making fusible models, and Taiwan's fully automatic wax injection machine produces wax molds to ensure consistent casting dimensions with stable wax mold sizes. The materials used for making the mold shell are zircon sand and zircon powder from Australia. High quality raw materials combined with excellent manufacturing techniques ensure the appearance quality of the castings. We insist on conducting material analysis for each furnace of molten steel during the smelting process to ensure that the casting materials comply with industry or customer standards.
AFC's main casting products include pumps, valves, automotive accessories, connectors, fasteners, and bearing seats. Our products are widely used in fields such as aviation, automobiles, medical devices, food and beverage processing, and electronics industry.
