The AFC integrated ceramic pressure sensor uses a ceramic ring produced by Kyocera Corporation in Japan as the ceramic substrate, adopts a thick film resistance printing process, and the product comes with temperature compensation. It uses an imported laser resistor adjustment machine for zero position adjustment and temperature compensation. Our company independently designs and develops an automatic line for temperature drift coefficient detection and grade classification, and stores the test data on the server according to the ID of each product to ensure the traceability of product quality. The company also designs multiple different signal amplification and conditioning circuits, and independently writes a fully automatic signal conditioning calibration software system, forming a packaging and testing capability with an annual output of 2 million sensor cores and 500000 pressure transmitters.
